Payment :

We use PhonePe as our payments partner, please refer to their policies at:

There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary at the time of check out.

If you see any charges on your account for purchases made but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 30 days of the transaction so that we can look into it. Please email us at daspendawala@gmail.com

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days. You can email us on daspendawala@gmail.com with your order number for any clarification.

National Delivery Orders:

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch:

You may cancel your order for a full refund until the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Refund Process:

Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed back to the original source of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to reflect in your account.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch:

Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will not be able to accept any cancellation requests.

3. Initiating Cancellation:

To initiate a cancellation for National Delivery orders, please send a cancellation request email with your order ID to daspendawala@gmail.com. Ensure you mention the order ID in the subject line for quicker processing.

4. Return Policy:

Damaged or Spoiled Products: We only initiate returns if the product is reasonably damaged or spoiled. The decision to accept a return based on these grounds is solely at our discretion. Replacement: If you find the product unsatisfactory, we may offer a replacement. The decision to provide a replacement is at our discretion.
